You can easily open the filling through the zipper and take it out to wash the plush toy or adjust it as needed. The folds in the fabric are simply due to the fact that the plush toy was compressed a little in the packaging. After unpacking, however, it quickly unfolds and looks the same as on the product picture. Overall, it is perfect for cuddling and also a real eye-catcher as a decoration.
