It's not faster or more comfortable than a mouse... I 've used several current mice, but personally, the ball mouse you better gel...

Mouse is good, whether my hands will hurt less is to wait but the handling is pleasant. The only downside is that you can not press the mouse wheel. I solved this by programming the occupancy of the keyboard keys.
