This is a fine product. I just thought it would be a little different. I thought it would be a tray that sits on top of the box with a lid and then I could just dump the ice into the box, refill the tray and close the box. That way I could fill the box and freeze the trays simultaneously. So I am disappointed that I did not realize this is not what I was looking for. I will keep it because sending it back is just too much of a pain.

I must say that it is even better than I expected. it is a perfect product. I had similar products before, but they were definitely not as well made. everything fits together perfectly and I imagine it will make tipping out the ice cubes really easy as well. I highly recommend it, I'm excited
